Nylon Holster Lifetime Warranty:
Passport Sports unconditionally warrants all nylon holsters to be free from defects in workmanship or materials for the life of the product. Defective products may be returned to Passport Sports for a prompt, free replacement.
Executive Series Leather Warranty:
Passport Sports warrants all Executive Series Concealment devices to be free from defects in workmanship or materials for 30 days from the date of purchase. Defective products may be returned to Passport Sports for a prompt, free replacement.
Shipping Policy:
Passport Sports ships Monday through Friday(excluding holidays) by USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground, depending on the size of your order. Shipping is a flat fee of $4 for orders within the lower 48 states and Puerto Rico. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost upon request.
Return Policy:
Passport Sports highly values customer satisfaction. Therefore, if you’re unsatisfied with any product for any reason, you may return it to the place of purchase for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition. Please print and fill out the Return/Exchange Form below and include it with your return.
